Roddur Roy a very famous name for nowdays,we knew him for his irritating Tagore songs and languages.We all think he is a mad but no he is not a mad,He is a genius.
Nowadays I am noticing a guy have become very popular in social media named Roddur Roy, after hearing his version of a Tagore's song, I came across his profile...and saw people make laugh on his speech, make meme on him and consider him as a psycho but incidentally he is the writer of a psychoanalytic journal and here lies the paradox !! As per I know Roddur Roy is a very well known face in the era of Kolkata Little magazine and I found nothing absurdity but intellectuality in his speech,He reminds me of Jimmy Porter, Osborne's 'Angry young man' in Look Back in Anger ...We find Jimmy continuously making complains against the corruption , injustice of the society, class and sex conflicts as well as against the Church.Sometime Jimmy is vulgar to express his frustration for being educated and born in middle class family.Roddur is also shouting to wake people from the cultural sleep though he is seemed very uncultured.Roddur Roy seems to me a totally frustrated brat for this fucked up society.And Somewhere his frustration and Jimmy's frustration are same.Because both of them are showing us the naked picture of our infested society.In present time, Roddur is only the person who can tell ," king,where is your cloths ? " very easily.
